Have faith: no matter how often you’ve tried and failed in the past, you’ve still got what it takes to overwrite unwanted habits and replace them with new, life-affirming behaviors. We use a combination of storytelling, presentation, and exercises to support you in understanding your own habit-change challenges and identifying powerful practices for lasting habit change.
